I have been working with active military, military families and veterans for over 20 years. I have served as the Sanity Board for the Department of Defense, US Navy (Chicago and Jacksonville); a Tricare provider in network and a Veterans Administration Provider. Due to issues with billing and changes in oversight at Tricare, I am now offering active service and veterans a flat fee, cash rate discounted from $200/hour to $60/hour for virtual and telephone sessions. 

As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Mental Health Therapist I work with couples, individuals and parents on a variety of issues. I have also supervised clinical staff/mental health interns at the Veterans Administration and Naval Hospital Jacksonville, and hold a special interest for military and veterans.  Invoices are available for CHAMPVA reimbursement and must be billed at the standard rate for insurance complicance with your contract (these invoices must include CPT codes etc which are not provided in the discounted flat fee contract rate).

I am also a National Certified Counselor with the National Board for Certified Counselors since 2001. British Psychological Society, Full Member; Family Therapy Association of Ireland and the Association for Family Therapy and Systemic Psychotherapists in the UK.

I have lived in the UK, Ireland and US and travel routinely, so I am also very well-versed with acculturation and culture shock issues, in addition to military lifestyle issues. My languages include French, German, Spanish and Irish.
